The Villa

Ground floor

• Open plan area that includes: kitchen - fully furnished with oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and 12 setting dishwasher. There is a large breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the lounge. The Lounge area has large sofa, armchair, wood burning hearth, desk and broom cupboard and television. The dining room has a large table with 4 chairs and a bench.

• 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a dressing table and stool and fitted wardrobes.

• The balcony is an L-shape that has doors to it from both bedrooms.
