Making a Splash!

The pool has a chlorine generation plant in the depot. That means salt is used to generate the chlorine, keeping chemicals to a minimum.

You don't need to worry about any of the upkeep. The pool man comes round several times a week. He cleans the pool and the filters, tops up the water and checks the pH and chemical levels.

The video shows you how to switch on the jacuzzi. Please make sure you switch the jacuzzi off after you have used it.

The usual safety rules apply:

The stones around the pool aren't slippery but take care!
The shallow end is about 4.5ft deep. The deep end is about 5.5ft deep.
The jacuzzi is about 4ft deep.

There is a bag of inflatables, masks, snorkels and beach shoes in the downstairs utility room (where the loo is!).

There are beach towels for everybody - but we can't remember where we put them! They are either downstairs or in/on the chest on the landing.
